Perfect, healthy and tasty scrambled eggs.

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs or 3 egg whites
    1 teaspoon milk
    1 teaspoon Queen Creek Olive Mill 3 Chile Olive Oil
    Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a cup or small bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. For fluffier eggs whisk vigorously.
  2. Add olive oil to a non stick skillet over low heat. Make sure the olive oil covers the entire skillet. Pour in the eggs, and with a spatula stir constantly as they cook.
  3. Remove the eggs to a plate when they are set, but still moist. Do not overcook. Salt and pepper to taste.

Tips

There is more to just mixing eggs and cooking! This recipe can be prepared using our Bacon, Garlic, Basil or Delicate olive oil as well.
