An easy, simple, and delicious pasta salad!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Rotini pasta
  • 1 1/4 cups artichoke hearts, quartered
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 3/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup Queen Creek Olive Mill Zesty Herb Crema
  • 6 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 ounce pine nuts
  • 1/2 ounce parsley

Instructions

  1. Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and shock with ice cold water. Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix well. Place in refrigerator, serve chilled.
