This sweet potato fries recipe uses only 5 ingredients making it easy to whip up as an afternoon snack or a dinner side!



  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Peel and cut the sweet potato into 1/4-inch-thick sticks or wedges. Place the sweet potato wedges in a large bowl and add the cornstarch and salt. Toss together. Add the olive oil and continue to toss until the potato wedges are evenly coated.
  3. Transfer potato wedges onto an ungreased baking sheet. Sprinkle rosemary evenly on top of wedges. Roast in oven for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, use a spatula or tongs to flip the individual wedges and throw them back in the oven for another 5 to 10 minutes. Fries should be crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
