When tomato season is in full swing, this is a fantastic addition to any meal (if at all possible, use heirloom tomatoes). You will want to serve with crusty Italian bread to wipe up the drippings!

Instructions

  1. Layer tomatoes on a shallow serving plate.
  2. Top with onions and goat cheese.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together Meyer Lemon Olive Oil and Fig Balsamic Reduction.
  4. Pour over mixture over tomatoes, top with basil and season with sea salt
    and fresh cracked pepper.
