I use this marinade for steaks, but can be used for almost any cut of beef or pork.

Instructions

  1. Mix olive oil, vinegar, tamari, mustard, and garlic, and spices in a one-gallon zip lock bag. Add desired cut of meat and marinate at least 2 hours in the refrigerator. Overnight is recommended.
